EmperorLinux Introduces the Raptor P50 and P70

EmperorLinux introduces the Raptor P50 and P70. The powerful Raptor is based on the recently released ThinkPad P50 and P70 by Lenovo. The Raptor P70 introduces the first Lenovo 4K display, a 17.3" with X@3840x2160 and NVIDIA graphics. It also offers the first Xeon E3 Quad processor (ECC RAM capable).

Raptor W541 and W550s laptops will continue to be available.

The Rhino gets an upgrade! The Dell Precision M7510 and M7710 series bring up to 2.9 GHz Core i7 Quad Core Extreme processors to the Rhino. They also offer our first Xeon E3 processors with ECC RAM support. The Rhino M7710 offers our largest 17.3" 3840x2160 4K/UHD display, up to 64 GB RAM, and the highest-performance NVidia 3-D graphics available on a laptop (Quadro M5000M, 8 GB, 1536-core CUDA). The Rhino M7510 brings similar performance to the 15.6" size with 4K/UHD display (or FHD Touchscreen), 64 GB RAM, and NVidia M2000M graphics.

The Rhino M6800 and Rhino M4800 (last source of 17.3" and 15.6" workstations with internal DVD+/-RW optical drive) will remain available for a limited time.

EmperorLinux is proud to announce the updated Ant FZ-G1mk3 (Panasonic Toughpad FZ-G1mk3) ultra-rugged tablet/slate system. The Ant FZ-G1 comes standard with: 2.3 GHz Core i5 Dual core processor, 10.1" WUXGA outdoor-viewable touchscreen running X@1920x1200, 8 GB RAM, and 128/256/512 GB SSD options. Tablet support with pen is also provided. Full Linux support is provided for optional integrated options including 4G/LTE, GPS, 8MP camera, and SmartCard reader. Optional internal RJ-45 gigabit Ethernet LAN port or 2nd USB port are also available.

Like our larger rugged Linux laptops, the Ant FZ-G1 also meets MIL-STD-810G; it can withstand 2.0 meter drops, vibration, thermal stresses, and dust and water intrusion.

EmperorLinux introduces the Raven X250 laptop. The 3 lb, ultra-thin Raven is based on the recently released ThinkPad X250 by Lenovo, and includes 5th-generation Intel Core i5 and i7 processors, a 12.5" FHD LCD with 1920x1080 resolution, 16 GB RAM, and up to a 1TB solid state drive. A touchscreen version is available.

The Toucan W541 (Lenovo ThinkPad W Series) gets an upgrade! The addition of the W541 line brings the following options to the Toucan: Intel's 4th generation i7 Quad Core processors at up to 2.5 GHz (3.4 Turbo), a 15.6" 3K LED screen running X at up to 2880x1620 with NVidia Quadro K2000M graphics (384 CUDA cores), up to 32 GB RAM, up to 1TB Solid State Drive (SSD), and more.

The new Toucan W550s introduces high performance in a slimmer package without an optical drive.

The Tarantula gets an upgrade. The Tarantula CF-31mk5 (Panasonic Toughbook CF-31mk5) ultra-rugged laptop updates to new 2.3 GHz i5 and 2.6 GHz i7 Dual core processors, while other options remain unchanged: 13.1" XGA outdoor-viewable touchscreen running X@1024x768, 8-16 GB RAM, and 128/256/512 GB SSD options. Full Linux support is provided for optional integrated options including GOBI/4G/LTE, GPS, and SmartCard reader. Optional 2nd internal RJ-45 gigabit Ethernet LAN port is also available (for rugged firewall/router duty in the field).

The Rhino M4800 brings similar performance to the 15.6" size with 32 GB RAM, and NVidia K2100M graphics, but adds the first 4K / UHD we've had in a 15" system.

EmperorLinux introduces the Raven X1 Carbon. The 3 lb, ultra-thin Raven is based on the recently released ThinkPad X1 Carbon by Lenovo. The Raven X1 Carbon includes a 2.0 GHz Core i7 Duo processor, 14" HD+ LCD with 1600x900 resolution, 8 GB RAM, and a 240 GB solid state drive. You can also add a TouchPad.

Raven X230 tablets and laptops will continue to be available.
